 دہی پکوڑا چاٹ

درکار اجزاء:

دہی۔ ایک کلو 

بیسن۔ ایک پاؤ 

لہسن۔ چھ جوئے 

پیاز۔ ایک عدد 

ہری مرچ ۔چھ عدد 

پسی ہوئی لال مرچ۔ حسب ذائقہ 

ادرک۔ چھوٹا ٹکڑا 

نمک۔ حسب ذائقہ 

میٹھا سوڈا۔ ایک چمچ 

سیاہ زیرہ ۔حسب ضرورت 

گھی ۔حسب ذائقہ 

ترکیب

 پہلے بیسن میں لہسن، پیاز، ادرک اور ہری مرچ پیس کر ملا لیں اور پھر اس میں سوڈا نمک اور پسی ہوئی لال مرچ ڈال لیں۔

 اسے آدھا گھنٹہ بھیگوئے رکھیں اور اس کے بعد کڑاہی میں تیل کڑاکڑائیں۔ آنچ ہلکی رکھ کر پکوڑے تل لیں ۔

 بادامی رنگ ہونے پر انہیں نمک ملے ہوئے ٹھنڈے پانی میں ڈالتے جائیں۔ دہی میں تھوڑا سا پانی ملا کر اسے خوب پھینٹ لیں اور پھر نمک،مرچ اور سیاہ زیرہ ڈال دیں۔

 اب پکوڑے نچوڑ کر اس میں ڈالتے جائیں، چند منٹ تک بھیگا رہنے دیں۔ لیجیے نہایت مزیداردہی کی مسالہ دا رپکوڑا چاٹ تیار ہے
