his party, Tehreek-e-Labaik Pakistan, rallied to demand the deportation of the
French ambassador and called for a sit-in in Faizabad after the demonstration.
Pakistan's federal government and administration later held "successful
talks" with the Tehreek-e-Labaik chief and agreed on a
four-point agreement.
The sit-in was called off a few hours after the talks were
successful. Not much was known about Khadim Hussain Rizvi, the founder of the
religious and political party Tehreek-e-Labaik, until a few years ago. Then, in
November 2017, he led a rally and staged a sit-in Faizabad, the confluence of
Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
Three years later, in November 2020, his party workers once again staged a sit-in at the same place. After which he founded the movement in September 2017 and surprised everyone by getting 7,000 votes in the by-election held at NA-120 Lahore in September of the same year.
Despite being confined to
a wheelchair, Khadim Hussain Rizvi emerged as a major supporter of the
controversial blasphemy law in Pakistan.
He also disagrees with allegations of misuse of the law. Apparently, he solved the problem of not getting coverage from Pakistani media by making full use of social media.

and English but also many accounts were created on social media. He used to
call himself the 'watchman' of the Prophet of Islam.

An
anti-terrorism court in Islamabad has ordered his arrest in the Faizabad sit-in
case. is gone. However, he was later released on bail.
